It’s very troubling to see some United States justices bring in sharia law. Sharia law … certainly does not have a place in a United States courtroom, nor should it be followed by United States judges.

Our nation needs to stop doing for people what they can and should do for themselves. That provides the principle of a national work ethic that we have sadly forgotten. That means an honest day’s work for an honest day’s pay. Self reliance means, if anyone will not work, neither should he eat.
Keep in mind that Bachmann missed nearly 60% of House roll call votes between July and September and spent much of her time as an employee of the IRS on maternity leave. Hope she didn’t eat much during that time, or she might seem a little hypocritical!
If they [Occupy Wall Street protestors] understood the heavy price that was paid for that 1st Amendment right, they’d be much more respectful. Because I was surrounded by heroes yesterday on the USS Yorktown who paid a big price for them, and they’re just ignorant, that’s all. They’re ignorant and they were disrespectful, but someday hopefully they’ll come to know the price that was paid for them.

President Obama has been more than willing to stand with Occupy Wall Street, but he hasn’t been willing to stand with Israel. Israel looks at President Obama, and they do not see a friend.
Of course when Israeli PM Netnyahu said they owed Obama “a special measure of gratitude” and that there was a “strong alliance between Israel and the United States,” he was just messing around and actually can’t stand the President.
